Terms and Conditions Using the i1win Platform

1General Terms

The i1win platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "i1win") is operated by a licensed and registered company to provide online entertainment services. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member", "you") and i1win for the use of all services provided through the i1win website and app.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the i1win platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device — is a serious violation of these terms. i1win uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, and appropriate action will be taken, including the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name as it appears on your official identification document, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

6.3 Wagering Limits

8Member Conduct

All i1win members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Any form of fraud, game manipulation, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play on your behalf without authorisation.
• Attempts at money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities.
• Disruption to other members' experience in multiplayer games.
• Use of abusive language, threats, or unlawful behaviour when communicating with the support team.

9Account Closure

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your i1win account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, all valid real-money balances will be returned to you via an appropriate payment method, subject to fulfilment of all applicable conditions.

9.2 Closure by i1win

I1win reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

10Limitation of Liability

• I1win is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• I1win's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• I1win is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet disruptions, power failures, or natural disasters.

11Terms Amendment

I1win reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via a notice on the platform or their registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
